Returns & Exchanges Policy
We are proud to offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: if you are
dissatisfied with any item you've purchased from us, simply return the
item in its original, new condition within 30 days for an exchange or full
refund*. To return or exchange an item, simply ship the item(s) back to us to
the address below along with a copy of your invoice and a short note describing
the problem. If it is an exchange we will ship that item to you at no additional
shipping charge. Damaged items will promptly be replaced.
Items from our
Custom Order Section are not refundable.
Return postage is the responsibility of
the sender. We recommend that when you send us a return package you use an
insured and traceable shipping service and that you keep your receipt.
